Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen our dealer network within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with partner dealers, addressing any local issues, ensuring the smooth collection of subscription fees, and providing market insights to drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's success in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Network Management: Direct the sign-up of large dealers within the allotted area, ensuring alignment with defined targets.
  • Fee Collection: Responsible for the timely collection and submission of subscription fees from partner dealers.
  • Market Insights & Feedback: Provide valuable feedback regarding market trends and dealer needs in your designated area.
  • Sales & Solutions: Assess customer needs and sell tailored solutions to address their business requirements.
  • Product Launch Support: Play a key role in the successful launch of new products within the region, ensuring dealer readiness and market penetration.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with dealers to ensure ongoing collaboration and success.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Education: Graduation or a 3-year diploma is mandatory.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to collective business goals.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues proactively at the local level.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide customized solutions.
