Position - US IT Recruiter

Timing - 7:00pm to 4:00am ( U.S Shift )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions.
  
• Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress, updating status reports, and following up on offers extended.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients (US IT teams) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring timely scheduling and communication.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of W2/C2C models in US IT staffing industry.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and candidate management.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
