Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to proposal submission.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive IT staffing landscape.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales or related field (BDM).
  
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting revenue targets.
  
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing market dynamics, including technical requirements for various roles (e.g., DevOps, Data Science).
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
