Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market to grow the company's portfolio in IT staffing services.
  • Strategically expand the companys presence across various sectors in the US, including but not limited to Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, and Manufacturing
  • Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients/ Implementation Partners with a consistent track record of placements with them
  • Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
  • Expert-level technical recruitment skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead proposal development and contract negotiations to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
  • Deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management.
  • Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, operations, etc.) to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood and delivered on time.



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business development or sales within the IT staffing or IT services industry, with a strong focus on the US market.
  • Deep understanding of the US IT staffing landscape, including staffing models, regulations, and market trends
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new business accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the US geography
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Proven ability to develop long-term, trust-based client relationships, with a client-centric approach to business development
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop tailored business strategies for different sectors within the US
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and offer innovative IT staffing solutions to address those challenges
  • An established network of contacts and the ability to develop new ones within the US IT industry is a deal breaker.


Required:

  • BDM/Account Managers who can walk-in with clients, have good relationships and hit the ground running
  • BDM can add any type of client, Tier-1, System Integrator or Direct Client.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Should have good communication skills and be open and confident to pick up the phone and make calls.
  • Should be smart and have good analytical skills.
  • US work experience and understanding of US business culture and market dynamics.
