Position - US IT Recruiter

Location - Noida Sector - 62, Near - Sector 59 Metro

Company - Mckinsol Technologies

Timing - 7:00pm to 4:00am ( U.S Shift )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc. to fill IT positions in the US market.
  
• Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for open roles.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidate resumes.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and offers made.
  
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in US IT recruitment (W2/C2C).
  
• Strong understanding of technical skills required for various IT roles (e.g., software development, data analysis).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement and management.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
