Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer

Job Summary:

We are actively seeking an SAP ABAP Developer having 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP Programming with SAP Development tool. Having a strong technical skill set to join our dynamic IT team. As a SAP ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in reports, ALV, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Webdynpro, enhancements (BAdI, Customer Exits, User Exits, BAPI), function modules, debugging, SQL Trace, SAP Run time analysis, Conversions, Dialog Programming, O Data and ABAP Query to deliver high-quality solutions within the FI, HR, SD, MM and PS modules. Additionally, non-technical skills such as Confident, proactive, effective communication, collaboration with functional teams, and a self-driven approach are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

1. ABAP Development:

- Develop complex reports, utilizing advanced features and functionalities.

- Implement ALV (ABAP List Viewer) for optimized data presentation and user interactivity.

- Design and implement Smart Forms and Adobe Forms for customized document generation.

2. User Interface Development:

- Create and enhance user interfaces using Webdynpro technology, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.

3. Enhancements:

- Implement enhancements using various techniques including BAdI, Customer Exits, User Exits, and BAPI.

- Collaborate closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

4. Function Modules:

- Develop, optimize, and maintain reusable function modules for streamlined SAP application development.

5. Debugging and Troubleshooting:

- Utilize advanced debugging skills to identify and resolve issues in ABAP programs efficiently.

- Provide expert-level support for debugging and troubleshooting in both development and production environments.

6. Conversions:

- Experience in transferring data: from legacy system to SAP system using various data transfer techniques such as LSMW and BDC

7. Experience in O Data.

- Good knowledge of Netweaver Gateway Odata services

8. Dialog Programming:

- Expertise in Dialog Programming: Using Screen Painter and Menu Painter

9. Experience in ABAP FIORI

Required Technical Skills:

1. Reports and Output Management:

- Proven experience in developing custom reports with advanced features.

- Expertise in ALV for dynamic and interactive report presentation.

2. Forms Development:

- Proficient in designing and implementing Smart Forms and Adobe Forms for document generation.

3. User Interface Development:

- Hands-on experience with Webdynpro for creating and enhancing SAP application interfaces.

4. Enhancements and Function Modules:

- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in utilizing BAdI, Customer Exits, User Exits, BAPI, and creating function modules.

5. Debugging:

- Advanced debugging skills for identifying and resolving issues in ABAP code.

6. Conversions:

Expertise in creation of BDC using Call Transaction and Session Methods

7. O Data:

Good knowledge in creation of O Data Services

8. Dialog Programming:

Good working knowledge of Module Pool Programming

9. Experience in ABAP FIORI:

Good knowledge to FIORI Launchpad configuration

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a SAP ABAP Developer.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules: FI, HR, SD, MM, PS.
