Position - Growth Executive (MBA freshers welcome)

Location - Noida Sector- 62, C51, Near - Sector 59 Metro Station

Company - Mckinsol Technologies

Timing - 7:00PM to 4:00AM ( U.S Shift )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management, customer service, and sales growth.
  
• Assist in visual merchandising efforts to create an appealing store environment that drives customer engagement.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales data, and other relevant metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of BBM principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively as part of a team.
