Position - Growth Executive

Location - Noida Sector- 62, C51, Near - Sector 59 Metro Station

Company - Mckinsol Technologies

Timing - 7:00PM to 4:00AM ( U.S Shift )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in US staffing or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of ATS systems and ability to manage large volumes of data.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.
