Position: Growth Executive Organic (SEO Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Organic Growth Execution:

• Execute strategies to drive organic growth, increase website traffic, and enhance online visibility.
• Focus on optimizing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through organic channels.

2. SEO Excellence:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices to maximize organic performance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm changes to keep strategies relevant and effective.

3. Content Optimization:

• Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with brand goals and user intent.
• Guide content strategies to ensure consistency, quality, and search engine optimization.

4. Analytics and Performance Tracking:

• Monitor and report on organic performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
• Analyze data to identify insights, measure ROI, and refine growth strategies.

5. Technical Expertise:

• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to site architecture, speed, mobile usability, and more.
• Implement structured data, schema markup, and other advanced SEO techniques.

6. Competitor & Market Analysis:

• Conduct competitive analysis to uncover gaps and opportunities in organic strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, customer behavior, and market shifts.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in organic growth and SEO, with a strong portfolio of achievements.

• Skills:
• Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and data-driven decision-making.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building techniques.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is an advantage.
• Soft Skills:
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
