Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for IT roles.

Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to identify and engage top IT talent.

Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through effective screening techniques.

Post job openings on various platforms and maintain an updated applicant tracking system (ATS).

Extend offers, manage negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market insights to improve recruitment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an IT Services or Consulting company.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies such as Cloud Computing, Networking, DevOps, Cybersecurity, IT Support, and Data Centers.

Experience recruiting for IT roles, including Network Engineers, Cloud Architects, System Administrators, DevOps Engineers, Security Analysts, and Infrastructure Project Managers.

Hands-on experience with job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

Strong analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and hiring trends.
