Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.

o

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.

Stakeholder Management:

o

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment of recruitment strategies.

o

Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Market Research:

o

Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices to attract top IT talent.

o

Conduct competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge in recruitment strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).

Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry terminologies.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
