Position - Us Onboarding Specialist

Location - Noida Sector- 62, C51, Near - Sector 59 Metro Station

Company - Mckinsol Technologies

Timing - 7:00PM to 4:00AM ( U.S Shift )

One Side Cab Facility ( Drop Side )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely completion of all necessary steps.
  
• Coordinate with HR team to ensure accurate data entry into the system and compliance with company policies.
  
• Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, providing them with necessary information and resources.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, facilities) to resolve any issues or concerns during the onboarding process.
  
• Monitor progress of new hires through regular check-ins and provide feedback as needed.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in US staffing or payroll processing, preferably in an onboarding role.
  
• Strong understanding of US payroll processing procedures and regulations (W2).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (HR, managers, etc.).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
