Us Onboarding Specialist

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand basic terms of Dexians form subcontract agreement in order to communicate effectively with other departments, vendors, and all internal stakeholders.
• Review and complete vendor submissions to onboard new subcontractors
• Communicate subcontractor compliance issues to internal stakeholders
• Update and maintain files on the company server and in various other tools.
• Follow department protocol for filing and naming conventions.
• Support the development and implementation of internal Vendor Management Organization.
• Review, track and communicate Certificate of Insurance (COI) and Minority Certificate status within internal tools.
• Work with AP for reimbursement of COI fees.
