Manage workflow and assignment, Record and report volume and production numbers. Cultivate, develop, train and mentor team. Monitor escalations. Help create and update SOP and training documentation on new procedures and changes.°Team Handling experience needed. Fluency in English (written and spoken) Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Ability to work well independently and in teams.°
