The role of Associate Human Resource is to ensure a seamless onboarding experience by managing documentation, compliance, and smooth integration of new hires, fostering a positive first impression and engagement from day one.

Role & responsibilities

Documentation

• Documentation of new induction batch
• AEP-Airport Entry Pass process
• Issue of LOI/ Appointment Letter to the selected candidate
• Process Name Badges and ID cards
• Prepare Pre- Examination Medical Letters
• Coordinate for AVSEC training

Employee Engagement

• Birthday celebration
• Various Employee connects
• Planning of company events or activities on occasions by managements approval

Personal Files and MIS

• Maintain personal files
• Updating in master data
• Maintain criminal verification tracker
• Maintain expense tracker

Payroll support

• Share payroll details of new joiners (Retail)
• Audit support
