Thryve Digital - US HR Operations - Chennai

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. Will work in a fast-paced environment to support the talent acquisition team by coordinating all pre-hire processes and documentation for compliance and successfully complete the hire/transfer process.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conducting criminal background checks, drug screenings, adjudications, and verifying
  licenses and certifications (if applicable).
• Ensuring completion of employee health screenings and vaccine/accommodation
  requirements (if applicable).
• Handling employment correspondence, service requests related to TA operations, email
  management, and scheduling panel interviews.
• Facilitating and ensuring data integrity for all hires, transfers, and rehires, including managing
  start date changes and addressing in-flight data changes.
• Assisting with and administering components of process compliance, including license and
  certification collection and upload.
• Processing hires in a timely manner to meet compliance and business needs.
• Partnering and communicating with TA Specialist regarding any issues or delays with the
  pre-boarding process and confirming day one activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Role- US HR Operations

Shift timings- 6:30PM- 3:30AM

Mode of work- Hybrid

Location-Chennai

Experience:

• 1-5 Years Experience in an HR, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Customer Service, administrative support, or similar professional experience (preferred).
• Prior experience with Workday or HireRight (preferred).

Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to deal with
  changing schedules and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or Team).
