Designation:- Executive - KYC Verification

Location :- Gurgaon, Udyog Vihar

Experience :- Relevant work experience in KYC or back office with good excel skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Validate customer KYC documents uploaded at KYC website and approve or reject as per SOP

Also, update internal system on action taken and prescribed SOP.

Action on assigned cases accurately (+99%)Completion of assigned worked in stipulated time with accuracy

Preparing complete productivity & sharing with the respective team & stakeholders.

Managing activities assigned by team leader

Desired Candidate Profile

• Typing skills (at least 25 wpm preferable)
• Telephone skills (excellent)
• Conflict resolution skills (excellent)
• Technical Skills (Telephone systems, Order/Shipment Track & Trace Systems and Order Booking systems preferable)
