Executive HR - Talent Acquisition (Thane location)

Role & responsibilities

Needs to have a strong experience in handling multiple positions

Sourcing cvs through Naukri portal, Job posting on Linkedin, Naukri, etc. for all Offroll and Onroll positions

Interview Scheduling, screening resumes, conducting Walkins, Maintaining candidate resume database, Recruitment Trackers

Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders for open roles.

Updating employee database, onboarding and documentation, filing new joinee documents

Raising recruitment requisitions and followup

Managing Attendance and payroll activities for Contract employees

Handling employee grievances and queries

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with 1-2 years experience in Recruitment Agency or HR department is preferable

Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Should have a go-getter approach towards assignments
