Designation :- Customer Targeting Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Customer Research and Identification:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers based on predefined criteria.

Utilize various tools and databases to gather information about potential customers.

Continuously update and refine the customer target list based on new data and market trends.

Target List Generation:

Compile and maintain a comprehensive list of potential customers.

Ensure the target list is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the specified criteria.

Target Assessment Creation:

Generate detailed target assessments for each potential customer using a predefined template.

Assess and document the potential customer's POSI (Profile, Strategies, Objectives, Issues), key stakeholders, supply chain map, and profile.

Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and present the final customer target list and target assessment files.

Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and professionally formatted.

Maintain records of all research and assessment activities for future reference.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer targeting efforts with business objectives.

Communicate findings and insights effectively to relevant stakeholders.

Participate in meetings and provide updates on the status of customer targeting activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or PG in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Understanding of market research, customer analysis, or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Proficiency in using research tools and databases.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
