Overview

Augmentive Business 7 Solutions Private Limited is seeking experienced Recruiters and Senior Recruiters to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, demonstrating proficiency across the full recruitment cycle. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates through various channels and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete end to end recruitment for all industries (IT, Non-IT, Banking, Manufacturing, BPO etc).
• Source candidates from various job portals.
• Prepare job descriptions and screen candidates to match job requirements.
• Coordinate with clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel.
• Have hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Maintain database in Excel.
• Job postings on multiple job boards and social media accounts.
• Multitasking to work on multiple positions.

Eligibility Criteria

• A minimum of 3 years or above of core recruitment experience is must.
• Sound knowledge of all job postings on all job portals and social media accounts.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong database management skills in Excel.
• Must be sound in follow-ups, coordination and arrangements.
• Must have sound sourcing knowledge to bring Resume from multiple sourcing channels.
• System configuration - i5 or above processor, 200 gb space in drive, 100 mbps Wi-fi or Broadband connection, power backup of 4 hours, 1 mobile device.
• A strong commitment to working diligently in a work-from-home setup.

Exclusions / Not Eligible

• HR Generalist or people who have done a partial recruitment are not eligible.
• Recruiters who don't have a knowledge of doing recruitment of all verticals are not eligible.
• Individuals lacking a suitable work-from-home setup.
