Job Profile: Brand Manager
Position: Full-Time

Notice Period: IMMEDIATE TO 15 DAYS

Job Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Work

• Identify new brands/companies based on trends, market knowledge, and current advertisers.
• Establish connections with identified brands/companies.
• Understand clients businesses, identify marketing challenges, and collect campaign briefs.
• Plan advertising campaigns in line with clients briefs and secure approval for execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet commitments and perform optimally.
• Coordinate with clients for smooth workflow and campaign reporting.
• Prepare and submit daily task reports.

Relationship Management

• Forge strong business relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with clients to address marketing/advertising challenges effectively.
• Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets through client onboarding and retention.
• Build and maintain a culture of high performance and innovation within the team.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and demonstrate agility.
• Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to "roll up sleeves" to get things done.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and develop actionable strategies.
