Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Locations: Marathalli, Bangalore; Hyderabad; Malad, Mumbai
Employment Type: Work From Office (WFO)
Salary:
Bangalore: Minimum ₹15,000, Maximum ₹25,000
Mumbai: Minimum ₹15,000, Maximum ₹25,000
Hyderabad: Minimum ₹18,000, Maximum ₹22,000
Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Customer Care Executives to join our teams in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional customer support, handle inquiries, and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and work towards resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys for feedback.
- Assist in training new team members as required.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduation is mandatory for experienced candidates; undergraduates may apply for specific roles.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in a BPO environment preferred for certain positions.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply for entry-level roles.
Language Proficiency:
- For some roles: English & Hindi or Tamil & Malayalam.
- For banking clients: English + Hindi (Konkani) or other regional languages as specified.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance.
- Proficiency in using customer management software and MS Office.
Non-Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered:
- Less than the required educational qualifications (undergraduate for specific roles).
- Lack of relevant experience (minimum 1 year in BPO for certain positions).
- Inability to communicate effectively in required languages.
