Job Summary

Augmentive Business 7 Solutions is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executives to join our voice process team. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming calls and resolving customer concerns effectively. This role requires fluency in both English and Hindi, and candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts at one of our office locations in Mohali, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide accurate information and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution within stipulated timeframes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or above (completed graduation is mandatory).
• Experience : Fresher or Experienced both can apply.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
• Availability: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Location Flexibility: Candidates should be open to working in any of the following locations: Mohali, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
