Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Record and update customer interactions and details in the CRM system.
  • Identify and report recurring customer issues and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, company updates, and policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other basic computer applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes effectively.
  • Fluency in [specific languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc., as required].
