Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate assistance to resolve issues or answer questions.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct cold calling activities to potential leads and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
• Listen attentively to customers' concerns and empathize with their needs, providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, products, and overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi), mostly verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or cold calling.
• Previous experience in a customer service role within e-commerce sector would be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal skills in English and Hindi
• Additional language (Marathi) proficiency is a plus.
