Business Development Manager-API

Job Description: As the Head of API Sales for the Domestic Market, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our API sales efforts. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and establishing Morepen Labs as a key player in the API industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the domestic market, aligning with the overall business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Market Expansion:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategically expanding our presence in the domestic API market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Client Relationship Management:

• Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored API solutions to meet their requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and ongoing collaboration.

Industry Knowledge:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide insights and feedback to internal teams for product enhancement and development.

Travel:

• Extensive travel within the domestic market is required to meet clients, attend industry events, and build a strong network within the API community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful API sales, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Domestic market and a strong network within the industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the Domestic.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
