Role: IT Technical Recruiter
Location: Bengaluru, Kalyan Nagar
Work Mode : Work from office (5days)
We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. Ideally, the candidate would have a strong understanding of technical roles, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the technical staffing needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct technical assessments and evaluations to ensure candidates meet the requirements of the position.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Assess candidates' soft skills, technical competencies, and potential for growth within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our employer brand and value proposition to candidates.
Qualifications:
- Any degree.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and technologies. Should have Contract staffing exp.
- Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top technical talent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
