Hr Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct employee screening, including background verification and reference checks.
  
• Coordinate interview scheduling, salary negotiations, and joining formalities for selected candidates.
  
• Assist in sourcing profiles through various channels such as social media, job boards, and internal networks.
  
• Provide HR assistance to employees during their tenure with the company.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Human Resource Management or related field (Recruitment).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution.
  
• Strong understanding of human resource management principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate interviews effectively.
