Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, including sales performance, customer service, and team management.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective business planning and execution.
  
• Handle branch administration tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  
• Foster strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in area sales management or similar role.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
  
• Strong understanding of branch handling, branch operations, branch sales, business management, regional sales, territory sales management (TSM), and territory sales.
