Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in branch management or a related field (insurance industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of branch handling, branch management, heading branches, regional management, regional sales, area sales management.
  
• Excellent business development management skills for driving growth through new opportunities.
