Toxic work place culture. Externally they rank as Great place to work, but majority of the employees voting are all couriers who are content with basic job security and have no such need to grow to higher levels in the organisation. So the people sitting in the higher levels are not agile. The attrition is low so no new people join.Hence they're rigid and monopolistic within the organisation. It's pretty messed up, especially the India network. What you read outside about the organisation and what you see when you enter are two contrasting things. They're a profitable network. They are allowed to work from home and stay healthy and wealthy..But we are working contract bases hence FT people all are getting covid fund but contract staff not getting covid fund.
