Toxic work place culture. Externally they rank as Great place to work, but majority of the employees voting are all couriers who are content with basic job security and have no such need to grow to higher levels in the organisation. So the people sitting in the higher levels are not agile. The attrition is low so no new people join.Hence they're rigid and monopolistic within the organisation. It's pretty messed up, especially the India network. What you read outside about the organisation and what you see when you enter are two contrasting things. They're a profitable network. Everything was pathetic especially Working hours known as KYP, Target was beyond volume and employees reach, No adjustment in shift timing, 0% job security for contract employees , no prior intimation before termination of contract
