Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA activities for ServiceNow (SNOW) and its integration testing with other applications.
• Perform manual integration testing for SNOW and ITSM-related applications.
• Support and mentor junior QA team members, ensuring best testing practices.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure smooth integration and defect resolution.
• Work on Product Katov testing and its integrations.
• Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of SNOW integrations.
• Scripting or development knowledge is a plus, but primary focus will be purely testing.
• If capable, contribute to test automation for integration testing.

Must-Have Skills:

✔ Experience with SNOW (ServiceNow) and its integration testing.
✔ Hands-on ITSM testing experience.
✔ Experience leading a QA team and mentoring junior resources.
✔ Strong manual testing expertise in integration projects.
✔ Familiarity with Product Katov.
✔ Basic scripting or development knowledge is a plus.
