Operations- Billing Incharge

Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday to Friday)

Shift: 11.00am to 8.00pm IST

Location : Chennai Dexian India Technoliges, Ramanujan IT Part, Tharamani, Chennai.

Invoicing

Follow up for timesheets for Invoicing with HRs/Operation department

Follow up for Fieldglass/Beeline update

Collect the Purchase orders as per the process from the client

Strictly Adhere to the timelines for invoicing

Generate Minutes of the meeting and share with the stakeholders post client meeting

Creating Invoices as per the Purchase order/guidelines

Resolving billing issues in a time efficient and effective manner

Update the management on a timely manner on major issues on billing and work for resolution of the same in a timely and efficient manner.

Collection

Perform customer reconciliation

Ensure follow ups are raised to client on a timely manner as per the payment terms

Ensure collection from customer as per the due date

Track issues with client on receipts/queries and update

Share monthly debtors ageing report with management

Books of accounts:
Ensure timely recording of revenue and account the same in ZOHO
Ensure all receipts are tagged against the invoices.

Ensure correct revenue recognition in ZOHO books

Share the final revenue value with GST Team for filing the GST Returns.

Customer master update

Update customer master with the correct customer details, payment terms and customer information

Collecting the GST certificate and other related documents for creation of customer file.

Account receivables

Prepare monthly AR ageing report

Follow up with client for timely receipts

Track issues with client on receipts and update

Clients & Peers communication

Have good rapport with the clients on invoicing

Follow-up communication with clients as per request on collection/PO etc.

Maintained good support with local HR on receipts to be furnished for clients

Adhere to timelines in invoicing on monthly basis
