Billing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Billing Executive to join our finance team. As a Billing Executive, you will be responsible for processing and managing billing tasks, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and maintaining vendor and client relations regarding payments.

• Generate and process accurate invoices for services rendered.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
• Process vendor payments and ensure timely reconciliation of vendor accounts.
• Manage and track bills receivable, ensuring timely payment and follow-up with clients as needed.
• Oversee payment processing, claims, and the overall invoicing cycle, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Handle any discrepancies and disputes regarding invoices or payments, providing effective resolutions.
• Maintain thorough records and prepare billing-related reports for management.
• Assist with period-end closing and provide reports as required by the finance team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 7 years of experience in billing, accounts payable/receivable, or a similar finance-related role.
• Proficiency in invoicing software and basic accounting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in billing and invoicing tasks.
• Strong communication skills to manage client and vendor interactions.
• Ability to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently and in a timely manner.
• A graduate in any discipline; familiarity with accounting principles will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
