Tender Executive/Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tendering Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team in the security products industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, handling client interactions, and ensuring timely and successful submission of tenders. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the tendering process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the entire tendering process, from receiving tender notifications to final submission.
• Prepare and compile all necessary documentation for tender submissions, including technical, commercial, and financial proposals.
• Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure tender requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration during the tender process.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of tender submissions, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Review tender specifications, terms, and conditions, and assess project feasibility.
• Prepare client reports, tender presentations, and other related documentation.
• Assist in negotiations with clients and vendors to achieve favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during the tendering process.
• Provide post-tender support, including addressing any client queries or follow-up actions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 2 to 10 years of experience in tender management or a similar role, preferably in the security products industry.
• Strong client-handling skills and experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in preparing and submitting tender proposals, including technical and financial documentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards, regulations, and best practices related to tendering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and tender management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with various departments.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (Fire and safety).
