Tender Executive

Role & responsibilities

• To prepare Prequalification for selected bids along with Prebid Queries to attend the

pre-bid meeting.

• Strong computer skills, and strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• To make site visits to ascertain the working atmosphere for tender and to take into

account site conditions in the tender costing.

• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation and contributing

to the written proposal both in terms of content and presentation to the management.

• Responsible for Pre and post-tender management activities.
• Prepare, compile & submit all tenders online & offline.
• Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the tender process team to obtain

maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organisation.

• Utilise agreed systems to manage the tender process functions, analysis and

documentation.

• Effective liaison, support and assistance between the tender process department and

rest of the organisation.

• Oversee the complete tender process, including documentation, bid submission, and

contract negotiation, specifically for manpower outsourcing services.

• Lead the bid process from initial opportunity identification to final submission, including

bid planning, strategy development, and content creation.

• Develop and manage bid project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence

to deadlines and high-quality outputs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Tender preparation and document analysis bid submission.
• Should have knowledge and experience in cost optimisation, preparing competitive

offers, attending discussions with clients, and securing orders.

• Preparing summary of relevant tenders obtaining offers from vendors.
• Candidate should be well aware about all portals and the process of tendering for all

government departments.

• Should have worked on Tendering and Estimation.

Requirements:

• Degree in B-Tec (Civil), business, or any other field related to the position.
• Practical experience in a similar position is advantageous.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
• Well-developed negotiation skills.
• APMP Practitioner or Professional level.
