Service Engineer/ Technician

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Service Engineer / Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage safety and security systems. This role requires a customer-focused, proactive individual who is eager to take on challenges in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Maintenance: Perform installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarm systems, CCTV, and access control systems, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Provide on-site troubleshooting and repairs for any issues related to safety and security systems, responding quickly to emergency service requests.
• System Programming: Assist with programming and configuring security systems as per project requirements.
• Customer Interaction: Collaborate directly with clients to ensure systems are properly functioning and provide them with technical support when necessary.
• Service Reports: Maintain accurate service records and reports, documenting all repairs, maintenance work, and client interactions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and client teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to any emergency service calls and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the security and safety systems industry.

Desired Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in working with low-voltage safety and security systems (such as Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, and Access Control Systems).
• Skills:
• Technical proficiency in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage systems.
• Basic understanding of network configurations and system programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Travel: Willingness to travel within Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Delhi NCR for project requirements.
• Attitude: Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: Any relevant certifications or training in low-voltage safety and security systems (e.g., FAS, CCTV, Access Control) will be a plus.
