Accounting and Billing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting and Billing Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, and maintaining financial records. This role will require you to handle accounts payable and receivable, generate invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
• Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring timely and correct billing for clients.
• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulations.
• Prepare financial reports related to billing, payments, and collections.
• Assist with audits and respond to client queries related to invoicing and billing.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all accounting and billing records.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or billing roles.
• Strong knowledge of latest version of Tally and MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills, especially proficient in English, and the ability to handle client inquiries.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
