Billing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of delivery challans as per Sales order duly authorized, checking of deliv-ery challan with
• Generation of E-invoice and E-way bill.
• Dispatch as per order from marketing and accordingly fulfilment of the order SAP good knowledge
• Prepare invoice and upload it on concerned portals along with other necessary documents.
• Download Orders from Raj. Govt. Tender Portal and Send it to all concerned.
• Control the warehouse inventory through supervising a semiannual and annual physical inventory
• Supervise and controls, the distribution activities in the Warehouse on daily basis
• Dispatch as per requirement from SAP accordingly fulfilment of the order and Tally it.
• Help in dispatch related problem OR Manage of despatch department, When dispatch person absent.
• Maintain the dispatch details
• Crosscheck all bills of dispatch material
• Reconciliation of inventory on monthly basis.

Qualification Required:

• Proven experience as Billing Specialist
• Graduate BSc degree in Finance, Accounting
• Having good knowledge of SAP Software
• Ability to solve problems quickly.
