Urgent Requirement

Position - US IT Recruiter ( Hire only women candidates )

Location - Noida Sector- 62, C51, Near - Sector 59 Metro Station

Company - Mckinsol Technologies

Timing - 7:00PM to 4:00AM ( U.S Shift )

One Side Cab Facility ( Drop Side )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as Dice, C2C, W2, and other job boards to meet client requirements.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for technical positions.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with qualified candidates within a specified timeframe.
  
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and offers made.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (C2C & W2).
  
• Strong understanding of US IT market trends and industry standards.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client coordination and candidate interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
