Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Alliances Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.

- Identify new markets, sectors, and opportunities for collaboration.

- Building OEM Relationships: Leverage and deepen existing relationships with global OEMs like Microsoft, IBM, SAP, Oracle, Databricks, and Nvidia to drive mutual business growth.

- Pipeline Creation and Enablement: Create joint pipelines, alliance partnerships, and enablement programs to expand reach and enhance value creation.

- Competency Development: Drive competency-building initiatives tailored to OEM requirements and market needs.

- Co-Marketing Programs: Plan and execute joint marketing programs, account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, and enablement campaigns to maximize partner synergy.

- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyse, and report the performance and ROI of partnership initiatives, establishing KPIs to measure success and optimize outcomes.

- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure the successful implementation of partner-driven initiatives.

- Market Trends Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for strategic alliances.

Experience:

- Minimum of 8+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles.

- Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and achieving revenue growth.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in driving joint marketing programs, alliance enablement efforts, and competency-building initiatives.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred:

Candidates to be from Tier 1 and 2 firms only.

Stability needs to be extremely critical.

GREAT in communication (confident/ aggressive) as this is primarily sales role.

Candidates with global OEM experience (AWS, MongoDB, Microsoft, IBM, SAP, Oracle, Databricks, Nvidia etc.

Target companies SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft, IBM, Databricks, AWS, Other product OEM's, Datametics, Jio, HCL, TCS, Fareye etc.
