We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Account Manager with a strong technical background to join our start-up client's team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development and account management within the airlines/aviation industries.
This role offers the opportunity to manage international accounts, leverage technical expertise, and work closely with clients to deliver exceptional solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in IT/TTLH sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Account Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
- Conduct regular account reviews to address client needs and improve services.
- Handle escalations and resolve client issues effectively.
Technical & International Exposure:
- Utilize technical knowledge to provide tailored solutions to client requirements.
- Manage international accounts, adapting to diverse cultural and business practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze sales and account performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to forecast and track revenue and profit margins.
Sales & CRM Tools:
- Manage sales pipelines and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Implement email marketing strategies using tools like Mailchimp or SendGrid.
Document & Feedback Management:
- Organize client-related documents using platforms like Google Workspace or SharePoint.
- Gather and analyze client feedback using tools like SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics to enhance service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in business development and account management within the airlines or aviation industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Risk-taking ability to drive new business initiatives and handle complex client scenarios.
- Technical background, with the ability to understand and explain technical solutions to clients.
- Experience in managing international accounts and adapting to global business dynamics.
- Proficiency in data and financial analysis, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and document management systems.
- Ability to gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Educational Qualification:
Preferred: B.Tech in a relevant field.
Mandatory: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
