Role Overview
Were hiring to lead our call centre-driven sales function which converts inbound leads to revenue.
This role demands a sharp, strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments, has scaled B2C/D2C inside sales teams, and owns the revenue number like a true business leader.
Looking for candidate wo are handling Telesales, Inside sales, Revenue and PnL. Should be aware about the lead generation, strategies for new customer growth, drive the inside sales team to achieve the targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands On person who Own Revenue & Growth: Lead and drive inside sales to meet aggressive monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead High-Performing Sales Teams: Manage and mentor a 30+ member sales team including Team Leads, Executives, and Trainers across inbound sales.
- Scale Contact Centre Excellence: Drive operational efficiency, optimize sales processes, implement best-in-class CRM practices, and ensure high conversion and closure rates.
- Customer Experience & Consultation: Build a consultative sales culture gemstone buyers need empathy, education, and expert guidance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Tech, and Customer Experience to align demand gen, website behaviour, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Build dashboards, track KPIs (AOV, lead response time, conversion %, agent productivity), and use analytics to coach and scale.
- Sales Enablement: Lead training and upskilling for sales teams on product knowledge, customer personas, upselling, and tools.
What Were Looking For
- 8-12 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales in B2C/D2C environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale PROFESSIONALLY manage call centre / contact centre operations, who can create processes.
- Demonstrated success in owning and scaling revenue-driven sales functions.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk), WhatsApp Email leads
- Excellent communication, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Exposure to high-ticket or consultative sales (luxury, wellness, financial products, edtech, real estate) is a big plus.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in luxury retail, gems/jewellery, or international D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of global buyers - especially from GCC, US, SEA.
