Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Partnership and Alliances Executive to build and nurture technology alliances and business partnerships for Indus Vision. The ideal candidate will identify potential partners, establish meaningful collaborations, and drive mutual success through structured partnership plans. This role requires excellent relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to create measurable value through alliances.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Identification and Outreach:
- Research and identify potential technology alliances and business partnerships aligned with Indus Vision's offerings and goals.
- Build a comprehensive database of target partners across industries and geographies.
- Proactively reach out to potential partners, presenting Indus Vision's value proposition.
2. Onboarding and Relationship Management:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for Indus Vision as a partner with identified organizations.
- Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with partner organizations at multiple levels.
3. Strategic Partnership Planning:
- Collaborate with partners to create a Mutual Success Plan outlining shared goals, objectives, and value creation strategies.
- Define KPIs to measure the success of partnerships and ensure alignment with business objectives.
4. Collaboration and Opportunity Generation:
- Work closely with partners to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Foster co-marketing and co-selling initiatives to maximize mutual benefits.
- Ensure regular communication to explore areas for collaboration and maintain alignment on goals.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track partnership KPIs and outcomes to measure the effectiveness of collaborations.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on partnership progress, opportunities, and challenges.
6. Market Insights and Trends:
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor alliances to identify new opportunities for strategic partnerships.
- Share insights to enhance Indus Vision's partnership strategy.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles, preferably in the IT/technology sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B partnership dynamics, with the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to define and achieve measurable goals.
- Experience in managing and tracking KPIs to measure partnership success.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in establishing alliances with global technology platforms or ecosystems for IT Industry
- Hands-on experience in conducting market research across industries.
- Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and use cases in manufacturing, FMCG and automotive industry.
- Expertise in managing partner relationships and driving revenue through partner ecosystem
