Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Sourcing and Screening:
- Use advanced sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, Boolean search, and LinkedIn features, to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates' technical and interpersonal fit.
Applicant Tracking and Relationship Management:
- Manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Market Insights and Collaboration:
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively meet future hiring demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline hiring processes and achieve recruitment goals.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably for roles such as Business Systems Analysts, Big Data Engineers, IT Directors, Networking Specialists, and Performance Architects.
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of technical roles and job requirements.
- Expertise in sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Tools:
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree is required
