We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Manager for Partnerships & Alliances to drive growth and establish lasting relationships with key partners.
This role involves developing and scaling strategic alliances, particularly with global OEMs, to achieve organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Alliances Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Identify new markets, sectors, and opportunities for collaboration.
Building OEM Relationships:
- Strengthen relationships with global OEMs like Microsoft, IBM, SAP, Oracle, Databricks, Nvidia, and others.
- Foster mutual business growth through strategic initiatives.
Pipeline Creation and Enablement:
- Develop joint pipelines and enablement programs to expand reach and enhance value creation.
- Collaborate with partners to establish impactful alliance partnerships.
Competency Development:
- Drive initiatives to build competencies tailored to OEM requirements and evolving market needs.
Co-Marketing Programs:
- Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives, including account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and enablement efforts.
- Maximize partner synergy through collaborative programs.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track, analyze, and report the performance and ROI of partnership initiatives.
- Establish KPIs to measure success and optimize outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product to ensure the success of partner-driven initiatives.
Market Trends Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles.
- Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and achieving revenue growth.
Key Competencies:
- Strong relationship management skills to maintain long-term partnerships, particularly with OEMs.
- Strategic thinking abilities to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
- Expertise in negotiating and finalizing complex agreements.
- Proficiency in joint campaigns, ABM strategies, and partner outreach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for tracking partnership performance.
