Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):
- Acts as a resource and guide relates to HR data and HRIS. Supervise the day-to-day activities of our HR information systems.
- Maintains impeccable records, Ensures the highest level of accuracy for data entered into HR data systems to ensure successful data audits.
- The HRIS Manager is the "owner" or subject matter expert of all HR systems, security administration, business process design, compensation setup, end user experience and reporting and analytics.
- Serve as a primary resource in relation to HR system setup and maintenance including efforts as it related to implementation and training. Responsible for all system administration responsibilities.
- Develop project plans and monitor progress of HRIS initiatives
- Responsible for updating data and maintaining data integrity in HRIS
- Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
- Identify risks or opportunities and recommend changes to processes which improve the delivery of HR services to the organization.
- Identifying opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes
- Responsible for all HR reporting and develop dashboards for reporting key metrics
- Audits data entry in HRIS on a regular basis to review data accuracy and compliance
- Acts as the initial escalation point for data corrections that are required in the HRIS database; escalates further if necessary and executes approved corrections.
- Provides HRIS data support for Human Resources staff, all end-users. Initiates, develops, and supervises the implementation of internal and external procedures for improving manual and automated processing
- Uses functional and technical knowledge to provide end-users with guidance and informal training as needed
- Ensure clear governance and drive the roadmap of user-friendly HR digital services and tools landscape.
