Job Description
- Lead and manage all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales, achieve targets, and enhance business growth.
- Analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and provide valuable inputs for marketing strategies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and guiding team members for optimal performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Liaise with shipping/airlines and manage logistics operations, ensuring seamless supply chain solutions.
- Negotiate with overseas suppliers/buyers for cost-effective procurement.
- Oversee export and import operations, ensuring compliance with customs laws, tariffs, and EXIM policies.
- Manage customer service operations, improving communication and reducing non-sales-related administrative activities.
- Assess customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Take overall responsibility for the branch, including accounts management.
Requirements-
Experience: Minimum 20 years of work experience, with at least 5 years each in logistics and a senior management/CXO position.

Core Expertise: Proven success in managing profit and loss, operations, sales and marketing, as well as leading large teams.

Strategic Leadership: Capability to lead company diversification and expansion plans.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong abilities in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.

People Management: Ability to manage, coach, and mentor a diverse team of individuals.

Leadership: Excellent leadership & Communication abilities to elevate the company and team members.

Organization and Time Management: Excellent skills in organization and time management.

Integrity: Uncompromising business and personal integrity, and the ability to instill the same culture within the organization.

Process Implementation: Experience in setting up processes and SOPs.

Bachelors degree in Business, Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
