SUMMARY OF JOB - Leading and managing the transport Material/Parts/Products activities within assigned areas. - Controlling Materials/Parts/Products transport activities together with transport controllers who responsible for transport flows To From domestic international related parties. - Receiving, Analyzing, Processing and documenting information accurately - Evaluating Information to determine and ensure compliance standards - Stakeholder s closest partner by providing them Built-in-Quality Logistics Solutions - Perform effective deviation management and transform into excellence in Risk management - KPI visualization on responsible area to improve performances with root cause analysis.
Role (purpose of the Job) The Transport controller Team leader is responsible for Leading and managing the activities of transportation together with transport controllers as well as coordination of EXIM / Domestic shipments; with the customers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, ship agents, customs brokerage customs officer, X-dock, truckers, and up to receiving of delivery and must provide the client with the best overall service levels, meet exceed established goals for on-time pick-up and delivery with proactive approach. The role requires previous background of logistics Transport coordination.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the transport Material/ Parts/Products together with Transport controller to ensure the effectiveness of processes including management of resources, delivery, quality, cost, continuous improvement on the responsible areas. - Lead on KPIs achievement with positive and stable trend in the transport Material/ Parts/Products areas within assigned scope. - Analyze KPI results from a tactical perspective and take appropriate actions to close the gap. - Drive on standardize process and utilization of system functionalities. - Secure that best practice processes are implemented and followed. - Ensure process are in place to monitor business performance and proactively alert business leaders on potential issues. - Lead the implementation of continuous improvement activities and to deliver cost saving and business process improvements. - Pro-active work to minimize risk/ risk management in the responsible areas. - Work with LSPs to ensure, service level match business needs and performance management are in place and effective. - Drive on UDPS achievement target. - Represent the department in operational meetings, in process/project- and critical supplier meetings on request.

Main competence requirements - Graduate from a recognized University is must. Bachelor of Logistics/ Engineering /MBA will be preferred - Minimum 4 years experience in Transport Logistics with ability to handle problem resolution in timely manner - Business acumen Good Import/Export Trade knowledge - Analytical, dynamic Proactive working attitude required. - High Integrity strong ethics - Good communication Team Oriented - Excellent written and spoken English local language - Experience from the automotive sector will be considered an advantage - Performance Analysis of LSPs - Proficient in Interpersonal skills strong in customer service relationship - Self-motivated Innovative - Goal oriented - Ability to work in virtual teams /remote management - Leader ship skill
